The process was seamless start to finish. Worked well with insurance and laying out everything we were to expect from the procedure, to the billing and then the scheduling. Very nice staff. Made my child feel very comfortable during his procedure that he was very nervous about. I would highly recommend them for any future oral surgeries.

I just wanted to leave a quick review and say how wonderful my experience was with Oral Surgery of Tidewater. From the moment I walked in, everyone was incredibly kind, welcoming, and reassuring. I was honestly nervous beforehand, but the entire staff made me feel so comfortable and at ease throughout the process. Even while waiting, the environment felt calm and comforting instead of stressful. The team was professional, patient, and genuinely caring, and it really made such a difference. Thank you all for making what could have been an overwhelming experience feel smooth and manageable. I truly appreciate everyone’s kindness and care!

Everything went great with the consultation yesterday. The surgeon is very knowledgeable and polite. Now the real test is the extraction! Update got the extraction done on Tuesday and everything went extremely smooth. Walked in and was taken back right away. The assistant was friendly she gave me a blanket which was very comforting. I was also giving laughing gas which was a lovely surprise! Dr. Geter was also friendly very quick with the whole procedure I’m glad I went with them to get my tooth extracted. He even gave me a a phone call later on to check up on me!

My visit was very pleasant. I was greeted warmly by the reception staff when I arrived. The dental professional named Sydney always displays a very contagious positive attitude. Lastly, the dentist Dr Guter is super friendly. He makes you feel like you matter and he cares about your health. I don’t want to spend a lot of time here but I love it here. They do it right.

Dr Guter and everyone at OST is friendly and welcoming. They put you at ease and make you as comfortable as possible. I only had a small front tooth removed but it was quick and painless as I expected it would be.
